How fast is delivery?
Order by 2 PM and we deliver the same day within Embu town — usually on the next scheduled run (11 AM, 3 PM or 7 PM). Urgent dispatch is available at a small premium.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa to Till 3078115 (Mjanja Express), or Pay on Delivery — cash or M-Pesa when the rider arrives. Every order gets a code so payments are never confused.
What does delivery cost?
From KSh 50 in town and the campus area, KSh 80–100 for nearby estates. Orders over KSh 1,000 within town deliver free. Full table on the Delivery page.
Can I return something?
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell the rider on the spot or WhatsApp us within 24 hours with your order code — we'll replace it or refund via M-Pesa. Change-of-mind returns are handled case by case with the merchant.
I can't see what I want in the shop.
Message us anyway! Sourcing is our thing — if it's sold anywhere in Embu, we can usually find it, quote you a price, and deliver it the same day.
Do you deliver outside Embu town?
Yes, by arrangement — WhatsApp us the location and we'll confirm a fair price before you commit.
